any recommendation on supplements
Hi I am 16 yrs old and looking for a supplement to further aid me in my workout. I am looking to get not too much bigger but looking to get more defined and cut, and leaner. Anything that I should use that you would recommend, and anything that I should stay away from. By the way the only stuff I am using now is just regular whey that I use after my workout. Also I am 5' 10" and I weigh 160lbs.
