Guys I get ya, and believe me I agree. Unfortunately there just isnt time for anymore food. And If i did try to force more down around lunch or dinner then i'm definately over eating at those tlimes.

I'll only be at this caloric level for a short time, six weeks shouldnt be enough time for significant muscle loss to take place, and i have serious ph/ps cycle planned for just after this trial. So I can make up some losses in muscle/strength there. I've been debating starting now, but having raised test levels, and raised stress levels, plus being locked in the courthouse for hours on end isnt going to make for a very happy or healthy me.

I am sorting out the fats issue right now, I've added some cheese, heavey cream, and of course my usual fish oil regiment (which i'm increasing to 9g ed). I'm looking for ways to minimise the damage, and continue to lose fat.
