I would rather do the HIIT on tues/thurs...the problem is that I have lab at 7:45am on tues. instead of class at 11:00am (mon/wed/thurs/fri).

Yeah I know diet is a major part and for me diet is mental. My major is dietetics and I've researched nutrition most of my high school career. I'm trying to work out a meal plan that I can stick to but it's not easy when you live in a dorm without a car. I'm trying to schedule 5 meals throughout the day ranging from 250 to 350 calories each. I can keep a good supply of tuna, salmon and eggwhites, canned green beans and oats in my dorm. I have a good feeling that I'm going to be eating these foods alot.

Throughout some of the articles I've found on the site, I see that most have a cheat day. Once I have my serious diet schedule constructed do you think a cheat day would be beneficial? Should it just be one meal during that day and would it be best to be on my off day(tues)?
