Thanks for all the info. I tried the heavy barbell curls and added in the squeeze at the top..... whole new kind of burn. Awsome. I guess I just have to be patient for the size gains. I'm sure what I'm getting now are just "newbie" gains but it sure feels good to keep adding plates. I'm also trying to keep the constant flow of protien going so I'm crossing my fingers and waiting. Mabe in a couple more months I'll be able to post a few comparison pics.
