- Front squats was fairly easy. A2G still with heels elevated on 5 lb plates. Deadlifts were a lot harder after squatting. I got the weight up without any trouble raw, but my lower back was hurting/pumped uncomfy. Next time I'll be following the front squats with deadlifts being 1 x 6-8, then 1 x 3-4. Concentrating on two of my heaviest sets is easier than trying to do 3-4 sets. Other than that, just another solid leg workout. Hard as hell. Afterwards of course, loaded fascia stretches.
