0311, i've been reading your journal for quite some time now...
and i came across the part in whcih u said that u wanted to cut and your trying to come up with a cutting routine and u want to make it like a circuit with less than 60 seconds rest intervals...
when i read that i cudnt help but remember a routine which i did for 4 weeks a few months ago which was pretty amazing: Vince Gironda's 8x8 Training..
i'm not saying u shud do that 1, but perhaps some of the principles could apply in your case, because the routine is supposed to have only a "cosmetic" purpose...
