you should also look into the three hour window after you work out. After you work out you should have 3 meals on each hour. I use meal replacements. Most of your calories should be after you work out. Eat stuff with sugar for an insolin spike and you want to have no more then 10 grams of fat, the less the better. Look up the 3 hour window it would help a lot.
