To me, it means that he was uncomprimising and wasn't willing to fill up his book with bullshit in order to satisfy publisher guidelines. So to anyone out there who thinks the 300 page bodybuilding diet book in print is worth more than Lyle's (or anyone else's) e-book: Think again. It's not necassarily true!
If it was me, I would've filled the middle up with some charts, pictures, sample daily intake's, ect. Would that have made the difference?..Or would that not have been enough I wonder?..
