In Biological Value ratings, there is no score higher than 100. Eggs are 100. BV is a measure of nitrogen retained for growth and or maintenance that is expressed as a percentage of nitrogen absorbed. You can't have higher than 100 percent.

Whey protein has a BV of at or near 100 according to the powder tested. Equal to or less than eggs. Manufacturers have claimed anywhere between a BV of 104 to 157. This is a gross manupulation. Many times it is because they have intentionally or unintentionally confused BV with another score, such as Chemical Score, which can go over 100.

Don't get me wrong, I use whey and think it is a valuable and convenient product. But keep in mind that many of the studies about whey's benefits as to immunitiy, etc. were done on mice and it is way to early to say that it does all this for humans.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
