Well.. it has changed lately a couple of times... before i was eating 2 times a day and usually what i could find.. well a few months ago i changed agian.. protiens all the time... but still only ate 2 times a day.. well both of those sucked i never did anything but gain weight.

Right now i am eating 4-5 times a day. I eat mostly protien but ill tell you what i eat most of this is the most protien i can get at the time...
630am-whey protien shake in milk along with a breakfeast supplement(cant eat that early)
900- when hungry ill eat a peanut butter or put it on one slice of bread
1200-i eat a pb&j milk and usually like a small bag of sunchips
530-peanut butter(somemore) or ill eat like a salad or something depending
730-830 dinner ill have alot of meat usually no carbs or very few(eggs, meat) and always ill have milk with that.. Prob i have 3-4 12oz glasses of milk a day.

I also work out 2-3 times a day
700- weight lifting 2 hours
330- weight lifting 2 hours
730- push ups sit ups things i can do at home with/out weights
