Good article, its so good that I posted it a few months ago under the weightloss articles

I found this a while back on IA's site and did this for about 4 months. The diet plan is actually something you can stay on for a longer period of time as compared to other quick fat (water?) loss diets. The weight loss is slower as compared to keto diets etc, but I think the ability to stay on the diet for a longer period of time wihout crashing it the main benefit.

The only reason I quit is because I needed more food variety after being on it for a long time and it didn't fit into my training goals anymore. Just like any other "low carb" diet plan you will have an adjustment period but by taking the right carbs at the right time you will notice that you aren't always craving the carbs or feel completely rundown like you do on keto diets.
