ok well i think i just found my new work out routine... the westside barbell it looks good and makes sence so... ima try it out and see how it works... well either way i have to work out 4 times a day in the morning I have to go to morning weight lifting every day of the week exept the weekend including friday so after i get done at school i will use this work out also thank you agian for all your help and time with pointing me in the right direction
