You should not have to work out more then 1hr per day at 4 or 5 days a week. If you overtrain you will lose muscle. I didn't know you were 300+ lbs. I would go on a maintenance diet for a while and switch the routine. This should help you lose the fat while maintaining and possibly gaining muscle. Don't expect big muscle gains and big fat loss gains at the same time. Do you know how to calculate your BMR?
