Also i understand that massive gains in both are not going to happen, but i do want both even if i have to focus on one over the other. I just dont want one to go crazy<AKA> fat while i gain muscle, or to loose muscle while i loose fat. I would just like to really get in shape, while in hand gaining strenth dont care about muscle persay. Agian I would be willing to focus on strenth while my weight slowly goes up i just dont want to loose everything i have been working on im sure you could understand. And the reason i have to work out would be football. In the morning I have to work out regardless, in the afternoon that is my choice, but it is harder to do a defined work out in the morning considering i have to go by the coaches work out. So that is just what it is.
Lastly i dont really do anything weight wise during the weekend. That is my time off, should i still take superdrol or take a reduced amount, still taking 3mg
untill i run out. Then I am going to switch to CEE, which i have heard good things of. Thank you for all you all patients ohh sorry guys not 4 times a day... lol i meant 2 times a day 4 times a week... sorry about the miss understanding

2786 is my bmr i just checked< i dont know how any1 could even eat that much every day, not and eat healthy foods>
