Question question about gaining size

I just finished my last high school swim season and I'm serious about lifting now that it wont effect my sports in a negative way. I'm 6' tall, 185 lbs. I'm in the 2nd week of the Total Body Plan by Chad Waterbury that anuj posted in his training journal. so far its been great, and I'm already seeing strength improvements especially in my squat and deadlift. I'm also trying to eat a minimum of 4 meals a day, with a main focus on intaking more protein. Also running on track so I'm getting a great cardio workout every day.

my question is, will sticking with this plan and diet help to increase my size? thats my main goal right now, to gain more mass (perhaps 10-15 lbs by September). If not, what else do I need to be doing or what more information would you need to know if I'm doing the right thing?
