If your overall goal is to put on lean mass then I would scale back your cardio. running everyday will undoubtedly keep you from gaining size. i would switch it to every other day, and keep it to a maximum of 20 min. or if you know that you have a very fast metabolism to begin with, you may want to drop it all together.
I would also start keeping a foods journal. do this for a week or so, then see just how many calories your getting per day, and from what sources. I would bet you arent coming close to how much food you need to grow.
