Lean red meat is very good for you. It has iron and alot of other nutrients that other meats dont have. Also, ever heard of creatine. It occurs naturally in red meat. Its the fatty cuts of red meat that pple should stay away from. Venison is a great example. All the benefits of red meat, as lean as chicken. I eat a lot of it.
