I'm using a Hydrolyzed Whey (Maximus Natural Sport Whey Protein $15/5lb at the local supermarket
). I usually get about 300-320 grams of protein a day. I only take shakes for pre/post workout since I can eat most of my protein from food. I'm taking one pre-workout shake, one during the workout (half a shake halfway through the workout and the other half at the end), and one post, and only on lifting days.
