supplement help
alright, im just getting back into lifting and trying to make the most of my workouts.
I have been looking for a supplement but am confuzed by all the products out there.
What stands out to me is the
Bsn nitrix tablets
bsn no-xplode
I would like to see gains with in the first week or two, looking to put on some lean muscle mass and acheive a more pumped look.
or would i be better off with something else?
