I'm once again with Kane on this one. Do a search on No2 in this forum, I've posted a ton of info on this subject. I advise you to read "How to choose the right protein" thread. Picking the right protein and taking it at the right times is the number one factor that seems to elude almost everybody.

For example, if you were to buy some regular creatine mono for $10, whey protein for $28, and some kind of casein/egg protein for around $30-40..You'll have twice the potential for growth at half the price you probably spent on all those BSN products. Besides the protein and creatine, invest in some grape juice..Loaded with yummy dextrose.

Taken together it would look something like this:

Morning: 1 scoop whey
Midmorning: 1 scoop casein/egg protein (optional)
Preworkout: 2 scoops whey (30-45 minutes prior)
Postworkout: 2 scoops whey in water, 1 tall glass of grape juice w/ 10 grams creatine
Bedtime: 1-2 scoops casein/egg protein OR 2 cups cottage cheese

You get the picture. Soooo much better than taking some no2 morning and afternoon on an empty stomach, and noxplode preworkout. Using all that No2 encourages you to both not eat, and not take in any bcaa's/protein preworkout which is vital.. I hate that it recommends an empty stomach...Matter of fact, I hate no2 period.
