Pull Downs Fr 160-12, 165-12
Standing SP 95-12, 105-12
Skull Crushers 70-12, 80-12
BB Curls 75-12, 80-12

What can I say, it is what it is. Today's workout seemed kind of long for some reason, probably cause my boner of a partner was 25 minutes late. Oh well...still got it done. TID
