0311 is right in that if you are looking to maximize gains you need to have your bases covered with a good protein shake, glutamine, multivitamin and creatine.
Use the supps listed above along with a solid nutrition / training plan and you'll be packing on muscle in no time... just stay consistent. Don't slack with nutrition on the weekends.. you'll go no where
Personally I happen to like NO supps... but they are more like icing on the cake. I really like Gaspari Super Pump 250.. it was great for getting jacked before a workouts... I also felt "fuller" while on it. Met-rx amped is cool as well but tastes like medicine.. I'm currently using the above stack along with Met-Rx Amped ECN and have been noticing gains in strength and body weight.
