Hey, I'm semi-new to bodybuilding and its practices. But for the past year or so I have been working out high intensity with slow comming but good results. And I am now entering in full force, I have already laid out a diet and routine that would be most effective. And I had read a few things on GNC and most of the users here opinion on the shop.
