Great workout today, high energy throughout the brutal 50min workout.
Diet:
Top notch, very carb and protein rich. Perhaps slightly too high today. :wacko:
Supplement Anagen
Over the weekend I noticed greater definition in my abs hence I gradually tapered up my calories. Today there was defiantly a small increase in over all thickness including my trouble part (arms).
Weight:183 (Up three lbs in one week.) I generously attribute 1lb in fat gains.
