SDF, what I was refering to was this ridiculous detox diet that advocates the notion your body can only handle one macro nutrient at a time. They believe mixing of protien/fats/carbs hinders the bodies ability to break down those foods or some such nonesense.
I wasnt saying that having Protien fat, and protien carb meals seperated was bullshit.
