Well, judging by this statement of three upper, three lower days, it sounds like you're doing the advanced workout...Arnold calls it "advanced"..I call it "enhanced".
You should operate on the "less is more" versus trying to keep up with workouts designed for someone pinning themselves every other day.
In regards to your supplement question..I do not believe they would help you get through a 90 minute lifting marathon six days per week.
