Rack Dead lifts: 3 x 5 270lbs (10lb increase)
Ham. Curls: 2 x 10 200lbs
Leg Exten: 2 x 10 180lbs
Calves: 4 x 15-20
Abs Work: 5 x 10
Training
Still a ever increasing progression in strength.
Diet:
High Carbs and fat, moderate fats.
