Today was my last day of 15's. the wieght i'm working with for legs has dropped because of the cardio requirements. But my upper wieghts have increased slightly. I have shed a lot of water wieght, and I'm starting to see some visable improvements.
Diet has been solid. Cant wait to carb up tomorrow.
I will start off my two weeks of 12's with the same numbers I ended fifteens.

Supps: I am starting to see more signs of increase test. My shlders and bi's have broken out aslight amount, and some on my upper back. I had no idea this stuff was this good.
Next week starts the mdien cycle. I cant wait, I love this stuff.
