I would say see a doctor about the tired thing, because we can only make suggestions here, and we are not meant to replace a doctor. My guesses on the feeling tired would be the same points that Anuj mentioned. If you are gettin 8 or more hours of sleep a night then I would say it would be lack of proper nutrition (when you eat correctly, your body tends to work ALOT better) Dehydration could also be anther factor, with all of your tennis with the running and all how much water are you drinking on a daily basis? Make sure to read anuj's previous post on training....and then read it again...and maybe a 3rd time to make sure u get all of it
