Ok so I lied, i got in the gym for my first day of 12's and i couldnt help but push the wieght up on almost all my lifts. I just had to, my ego was kickin my ass. I did however keep my incline bb the same, I want to be pushing 225 for by the end of the 2 weeks of 12's, and i'm on pace to do so already. On a positive note, I squated 165x12x2 and had no problem with cardio this morning.

Monday was my first day of my mdien cycle, I am dosing 2g am, 2 mid after noon, and 2 before bed. This is my second mdien cycle, and just as with the last one its effecting my sleep. It gets dam near impossible to get to sleep at night. Although it really doesnt effect me the next day, almost like i need less sleep when on it.

Diet has stayed constant, and its odd but i havent had the urge to cheat it. (perhaps i shouldnt have said that ... like tempting fate or something)

I am visually leaner, and people in the gym have begun asking me what i'm doing. I find this kind of funny because I wear the baggiest shit i can find to go lift. I guess its the wieght in my face they are commenting on.
