You said you are in HS... how often do you hit the gym? I would suggest Max-OT. 0311 is also doing Max-OT, he has a journal on here, he also posted a few workouts. Do a search under his profile to check them out. Here is a link to sign up for a free breakdown, or take 0311s and put in your weights.

You are still developing and have a lot of energy/potential now. So get at it. Max-OT is on 5 days a week for the first 6 weeks abouts.
How often do you get to the gym? Lifting heavy goes towards the goal of getting bigger, or getting cut. It depends on your diet what happens...
