Congragulations, Anuj. I had already looked at your numbers so they weren't a big surprise, but to tell you the truth I had thought I could have made math errors on some of them!

You've come a long way during this program both in strength and in attitude. I'd venture to say you've gotten more out of this then you ever had before. I too am proud of you for sticking to your guns on this. I think it will be that much easier in the future for you to follow through.

Given you mentality on this program and the fact that you went all out and milked it for all it was worth, I wonder how close you came to overreaching and how that affects what you should do between now and the start of your pedulum. Pehaps 0311 will have something to say in that regard.

In any case keep a journal of what you do in the interim even if you don't post it here.
