I would like to be a candidate for this but only if I'm allowed to do a cutting cycle.
As you know I do Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and my training regiment would be, Starting in June, HST for cutting, (something along the lines of Hrdgain's log), on Mon, Wed, Fri., with some small cardio in the morning or night. On Tues, Thru and Sun I will be training MMA,
my MMA Schedule for those days. I do the whole night on Tues and Thru, about 3 hours, and Judo and Boxing on Sun, 1 hour each. My goal is to see how trim I can get while keeping my strength and muscle since I will be competing in BJJ or Judo at the end of the Summer, God willing.
