If you are having trouble sleeping I would recommend using ZMA (I always take some before going to bed) as it has some drowsiness side effects that put help me fall asleep.

You may also want to try the nootropic phenibut, but be warned this stuff can literally knock you out for half a day the first few times you use it. Its used for social anxiety mostly, but also is great for when you can't fall asleep. You build a tolerance to this stuff rapidly so its not something you can use every night. If you take a little bit of it before bed you will get a great relaxed feeling and sleep like a baby.
