A2.) Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press [6x8] = 14 kgs (in each hand) (31 lbs)
A3.) Standing Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises [6x20] = 4 kgs (in each hand) (9 lbs)
Overall Impression:
shoulders were pumped as hell.....
