Picky eater
ALright i been working out and dieting for a month now. My problem is im a picky eater and i cant eat like most of the good protien things because ill puke lol. I mainly only eat Chicken eggs tuna and sometimes beef. So anyways i have no idea what kind of things i should make. If anyone has good recipes for those items let me know. My main problem is i go to the gym after work which is at 5:30 6 so i dont get home till usually after 8 leaving me like no time for dinner. So i usually have a shake and make some kinda chicken or tuna thing. But anyways im all ears on suggestions.
