I have the same eating schedual, home from the gym between 7 and 8, protien shake with dex(soon to be virtago), then I usually throw down some chicken/shrimp/tuna/salmon with veggies for dinner. I may it up a little cottage cheese before bed, but most of the time I wont unless i'm starving.
As for being picky, all i can say is man up. but you should have no problems with the protien sources you listed.
