This might have to be my next training method. I feel like punishing myself, and I need to get my MA edge back. Sept. is camp with my old dojo, and a few old friends are going for ShoDan ... I need to be ready for that.
Dave how many times a week are you preforming these complexes? And should this be coupled with long duration cardio? or something like Hiit? Or should i switch back and forth?
