Day 9
12th April 2006
Friday
Back and Biceps


Lat Pull Downs [3x12] = 60 kgs (132 lbs) (PR!!)
Upper Back Machine [4x10] = 60 kgs (132 lbs) (PR!!)
Flat Dumbbell Rows [3x10] = 38 kgs (in each hand) (84 lbs) (PR!!)
Barbell Curls [4x10] = 35 kgs (77 lbs)


Overall Impression:


sweet workout....i took light weights and set new PRs on most of my lifts... good work IMO
