Leucine may be the most important one in terms of it's effects on muscle protein synthesis and whatnot but it is generally not advised to take it alone, but always in a balance with the others.

In general if you are looking for "background" on a certain amino acid it is best not to go straight to product writeups but to try to educate yourself on that particular thing first. An amino acid is, after all, not a "product" but a natural substance. That being said, the products mentioned are good and you can also get BCAA's in bulk if your wallet is thin. The other products have other aminos such as glutamine and citrulline.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
