A1.) Standing Barbell Military Press [6x8] = 40 kgs (88 lbs)
A2.) Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press [6x12] = 10 kgs (in each hand) (22 lbs)
A3.) Standing Dumbbell Side Lateral Raises [6x20] = 4 kgs (in each hand) (9 lbs)
Overall Impression:
shoulders were pumped as hell.....nice workout.....
