Back Squats ME
1.) 50 kgs (110 lbs) x 1 rep
2.) 70 kgs (155 lbs) x 1 rep
3.) 90 kgs (200 lbs) x 1 rep
4.) 110 kgs (240 lbs) x 1 rep
5.) 120 kgs (265 lbs) x 1 rep
6.) 130 kgs (285 lbs) x 1 rep (PR!!)
7.) 140 kgs (310 lbs) x FAIL
8.) 140 kgs (310 lbs) x FAIL
9.) 135 kgs (300 lbs) x 1 rep (PR!!)

Deadlifts [1x20] = 80 kgs (175 lbs)

Isometric Dynamic Contrast Barbell Curls [5x7] = 20 kgs (44 lbs)

last workout...

officially, i've done 3 leg workouts in 11 days which IMO is pretty good... i managed to reach my 1 rep max for the A2G Squat and i am thrilled beyond words with that lift.....

most of you are probably wondering why i did 20 rep DEADLIFTS..... well, because its there in my Pendulum Week 1 and i wanted to test it out before... these 20 rep Deads are a true killer....

this is the end of the goofy workouts.... i plan on taking a holiday from lifting weights till May 22nd.... on may 22nd i will begin Pendulum Bodybuilding..
