I'm here thinking that eatings pretzels and hot pockets thinking that they are good for me.
I plan on losing as much body fat as possible over the summer vacation to hopefully go back to school with a leaner body. What kind of diet would you recommend? I'm 16, height 5'7'', weight 173 pounds. I want to tighten up my loose skin and continue to lose fat. I lost 40 pounds in two years, but I seem to be stuck now. I did weight 160, but put on 13 pounds in muscle.
