The muscle milk is pretty popular I notice. The gainer is fairly standard stuff. It has creatine in it. Always going to be cheaper to get your creatine separate. A cheper gainer is N-Large 2 and I would venture to say Champion Gainer is even cheaper if you want to shell out $98 for a 28 lbs container. There are probably cheaper ones.
