most raw benchers can get by with just CGBP as their triceps exercise.

raw benchers MUST have powerful front delts. It's usually a good idea for a raw bencher to hit up the overheads, preferably BTN (if shoulder flexibility allows it), paused flat, decline and DB work, as well as HEAVY and HARD rowing work.
