I like them in moderation. I never pre-exhaust them anymore because I need my delts fresh for something like that. Behind the necks are dangerous..But so is the flat bench press if you think about it. Flat bench ended more careers than any other exercise! So it's a matter of risk vs. reward. My chest is fast becoming my best bodypart again (since the tear) and I do no flat bench whatsoever. Same with shoulder presses..A while back I switched out behind the necks for standing military presses and my delts haven't skipped a beat. So I think it's mostly just a head game. For now, the only btn pressing I do is in the smythe machine since I'm rest/pausing..
