hey playmaker, take it from someone who knows, I'm 16 (17 in a couple of weeks) dont waste yer time getting on supps. Your body IMO will just get dependant on anything you take. So stay away from thermogenics and and that kind of thing. My advice to you is get some quality 100% whey protein, take a daily multi-vitamin, and maybe even some creatine if you really wanna splurge. Other than that just work hard. It's all about what you put in the gym not what supps. you put in your body.
