ok its been a while cuz I've had a ton of things to do finishing the end of high school, but now I'm back on track.

started the 8-10 rep cycle today.

A2G squats: 2x8x135 (need to go more)
leg curls: 1x8x230 (too much)
flat bench press: 2x8x155
incline dumbell press: 1x9x140
side laterals: 1x8x25
skullcrushers: 1x8x85
rev. g. pulldowns (done as chinups): 2x8
wide g. rows: 2x8x135 (too much)
preacher curls: 1x9x75
