hahah for me its been a life long struggle. I was always the fat kid. Although the more i learn the easier it gets, I can honestly say this go around, i've gotten just as lean as I have ever been, and i havent struggled nearly as much as i used to.

stay dedicated, and read as much as you can here. It will become second nature.
