The best supplements for growing boys like yourself is: FOOD. Try to get as close to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight as you can through food. Then, and only then, you should consider a whey or a whey/casein protein powder.
Creatine is not out of the question, and is pretty cheap. Get some dextrose to combine w/ the creatine, too.
Other than that, you don't need any supplementation, except maybe a multi-vitamin to cover your bases. I actually recommend one-a-days to everyone, whether they are lifters or athletes or not.
